丝绸平版印花常见病疵的分析与处理

摘　　要：平版印花机以高效、低耗、精密度高等优良性能广泛应用于丝绸印花中,根据多年实际生产经验,对平版布动印花在实际生产中常见的病疵进行了分析,并得出了处理方法。平版布动印花在生产中常会出现:压坏、刮开、捎毛、飞点、起泡、色不匀、渗开、出胡须、上下深浅等病疵,严重影响产品质量。根据生产实践中的经验,对这些病疵进行了详细分析,并给出了这些病疵的处理方法。With high efficiency, low consumption and high precision, lithographic printing machine has beenwidely used in silk printing. According to many years＇ practical experience, it analyzes common defects of lithographic plate printing in practical production and gives countermeasures. The common problems in practical production include crush, scratch, lousiness, flying spot, blistering, uneven color, seeping, beard and inconsistent depth, which seriously affect the quality of products. In accordance with the experience in production practices, this article analyzes these defects and offers countermeasures to settle them.
