摘 要:采用静电纺丝技术制备丝素纳米纤维毡,研究乙醇质量分数和交联剂1-乙基-(3-二甲基氨丙基)-碳二亚胺(EDC)和N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺(NHS)质量分数对其结构和性能的影响,分析和对比了处理前后材料的热稳定性能和力学性能。结果表明:不添加交联剂时,50%乙醇能使静电纺丝素蛋白构象部分转变,且表面发生溶解并粘连;经过100%乙醇处理后,构象完全转变为β折叠构象,热分解温度由296.1℃增加至302.5℃,断裂强度也由3.39 MPa增至12.02 MPa;添加EDC/NHS后有利于丝素蛋白分子间形成酰胺键,促使向β折叠链的转变,致使热稳定性和力学性能也明显进一步改善。This thesis not only fabricates silk fibroin(SF) nanofibrous mats by means of electrospinning technique but also studies effects of ethanol mass fraction, crosslinker N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) N-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride(EDC) and the mass fraction of N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS) on their structures and properties. Besides, it analyzes and compares thermostabilization and mechanical property of materials before and after treatment. The results indicate that 50 % ethanol can partly change the conformation of electrospun silk fibroin and the surface dissolves and becomes sticky without the addition of crosslinking agent; after 100 % ethanol treatment, conformation completely transforms to β-sheet conformation, thermal decomposition temperature increases from 296.1 ℃ to 302.5℃ and breaking strength rises from 3.39 to 12.02 MPa; with addition of EDC/NHS, it is helpful to form amide bonds among silk fibroin molecules, boost the change into β-sheet conformation and improve the heat stability and mechanical property obviously.
