地佐辛用于腹腔镜全子宫切除术超前镇痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察地佐辛切皮前给药对妇科腹腔镜手术后镇痛效果的影响。方法选择40例行妇科腹腔镜手术的患者,随机分为两组:对照组和观察组,比较两组手术时间、苏醒时间、拔管时间、术后4、8、12、24 h视觉模拟疼痛评分及不良反应的差异。结果两组手术时间、苏醒、拔管时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疼痛评分对照组4、8、12、24 h高于观察组(P<0.05),观察组术后不良反应也少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛在妇科腹腔镜手术切皮前应用具有超前镇痛作用,且不良反应少。Objective To observe analgesia effect by using dezocine before skin incision analgesia in patients undergoing intotal laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods 40 patients of patients undergoing intotal laparoscopic hysterectomy with general anesthesia were randomly divided into dezocine group（n=20）and control group（n=20）. Operating time, recovery time,extubation time and VAS score of 4h, 8h 12h, 24h after surgery of the two groups were recorded for assessing postoperative pain degree. The incidence of 24 h adverse reactions was observed and also compared between two groups. Results Operating time, recovery time, and extubation time of the two groups had no diferences（P〉0.05）. The VAS scores of the control group was significantly higher than that of the dezocine group （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions of group D were lower than that of group C （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The usage of dezocine before skin incision of laparoscopic gynecological surgery has the effect of oreemotive analgesia with litle ndvorse tion
