退行性下颈椎失稳症的综合康复41例

摘　　要：目的观察综合康复治疗退行性下颈椎失稳症的疗效。方法对退行性下颈椎失稳症患者41例进行综合康复治疗,以接受传统药物治疗的35例患者作为对照,观察两组间VAS评分及总有效率有无显著性差异。结果综合康复组VAS评分及总有效率与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗下颈椎(C4-7)退变所致早期颈椎不稳症可以获得较好疗效。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of under the degenerative cervical instabilitypatients treated with re- habilitation therapy. Methods 41 patients suffered from under the degenerative cervical instability were under comprehensive rehabilitation therapy, compared with 35 patients only received medicine therapy as the control group. VAS score and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Results VAS score in the comprehensive rehabilitation group was 1.65±1.09, and had obvious difference with the control group （P〈0.05）. There was obvious difference in the total effective rate between the comprehensive rehabilitation group （90.3%） and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can achieve good therapeutic effects on patients.
