温和灸在吻合神经皮瓣修复拇指指腹缺损术后感觉康复中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨温和灸对吻合神经的拇指指腹缺损皮瓣修复术后感觉神经恢复的影响。方法将68例拇指指腹缺损患者随机分为对照组及观察组。对照组34例患者采用常规(感觉)康复训练,观察组34例患者在术后第2周内开始加用温和灸配合常规康复治疗,随访7个月,观察两组感觉恢复并进行比较。结果观察组较对照组患者拇指皮瓣的痛觉、触觉、综合质地感觉有显著提高(P﹤0.05),两点辨别觉显著提高(P﹤0.01)。结论温和灸治疗对于吻合神经的拇指指腹缺损皮瓣修复术后缩短了感觉恢复时间,并且恢复完全,效果满意。Objective To study the mild moxibustion to match nerve thumbs defect skin flap to repair the effects of postoperative sensory nerve recovery. Methods 68 patients with thumbs defect were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. And 34 patients in control group were treated with normal （feel） rehabilitation training. After 2 weeks began to add a mild moxibustion with conventional rehabilitation therapy and follow-up of 7 months, observe two groups feel restore and comparison. Results Compared the patients in the treatment group and in control group, patients thumb flap pain, touch, and comprehensive quality of a material is feeling has improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）, two discrimination sleep improved significantly （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The mild moxibustion therapy for anastomosis neural thumbs defect skin flap to repair the shortened feel recovery time. It has a satisfactory result.
