摘　　要：[目的]分析不同居住方式对失能空巢老年人社会支持的影响,为健全老年人社会支持网络体系提供科学依据。[方法]用一般资料调查问卷、社会支持评定量表(SRSS)对温州市143位失能空巢老年人进行入户问卷调查。[结果]独居组、夫妻同住组、机构养老组3组失能老年人在性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况方面存在统计学差异(P<0.05);主观、客观支持及对社会支持利用度评分3组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),夫妻同住组得分最高,机构养老组得分最低。[结论]通过建立健全社会支持体系,整合社会资源,构建社会支持服务网络,强化家庭照顾功能和弘扬传统孝道文化精神,以提高失能空巢老年人生活质量。Objective： To analyze the influence of the different living styles on the social support of disabling empty- nest elderly, so as to provide the scientific evidences for improving the social support network system of eld- erly. Methods： The general information questionnaire and the Social Sup- port Rating Scale （SRSS） were used for household survey on the 143 disa- bling empty nest elderly in Wenzhou city. Results： There was statistical significant difference in gender, age, education level, marital status of disab- ling elderly among living alone group, husband and wife living group and institutional endowment group（P^0.05）. There was statistical significant difference in the score of subjective, objective support and social support u- tilization among the three groups （P^0. 001）, the score of husband and wife living group was the highest and the score of institutional endowment group was the lowest. Conclusion：We should establish a sound social sup- port system,integrate the social resources and build the network of social support services, and strengthen the family care function and carry forward the spirit of traditional filial piety culture, so as to improve the quality of life of diabling empty - nest elderly.
