摘  要:对马银花种子形态和不同培养基质、贮藏时间、培养温度对萌发率的影响进行研究。结果表明:马银花种子呈纺锤形,扁平,种子细小,千粒重为0.052 8 g;不同培养基质对种子萌发速度影响不大,11 d子叶长出,但种子萌发率间差异极显著(P<0.01);不同贮藏时间种子培养8 d后都开始萌发,种子萌发率间无差异;不同培养温度对种子萌发速度影响较大,16℃时种子萌发需16 d,25℃和28℃时种子萌发需8 d,萌发率最高的温度是16℃,种子萌发率间差异极显著(P<0.01)。Observations were conducted on the morphological characteristic of Rhododendron ovatum and experiments were implemented on different culture media, storage time and culture temperature for seed germination, The results showed that the thousand seed weight was 0.0528g. Culture media had little effect on germinating time. The cotyledon normally appeared 11 days later, but germination rate had significant difference (P〈0.01) among different media. Seeds stored with different time germinated 8 days later and had no difference of germination rate. Culture temperature had strong effect on germinating time. Seeds germinated 16 days later at 16℃, but 8 days at 25℃ and 28℃. The highest germination rate was at 16℃. The difference was very significant(P〈0,01) on germination rate.
