摘　　要：建党以来,中国共产党形成了以毛泽东邓小平江泽民为核心的三代中央和以胡锦涛为总书记的中央领导集体。历代中央领导集体都特别注重自身建设,以此带动全党建设水平的提高。经长期努力奋斗,最终形成了以作风优良、民主团结、独立自主、素质超凡、旗帜鲜明为基本内核的重大成果。同时,中央领导集体在自身建设上的经验教训,对后代中国共产党人也是一笔十分宝贵的精神财富。Since the birth of CPC, there are five generations of collective leadership of CPC Central Committee with Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao and Xi Jinping at the core of the leadership of these generations respectively. Each generation of collective leadership emphasizes on self-impmvement and thus leads the progress of the CPC as a whole. After long-term hard work, the achievements are great with democracy, independence, quality and determination that constitute the good work style of the CPC. Meanwhile, the experience and lessons of the each generation during its self-improvement are precious spiritual wealth to each member of CPC.
