摘　　要：网络舆情工作是随着互联网及网络舆情的产生而出现的一项新工作,是舆情信息工作的重要组成部分,今后这项工作因互联网影响日益扩大将发挥越来越重要的作用。如何应对来自网络舆情的压力,提高网络舆情工作科学化水平,成为各级领导干部一个不能回避的新问题。提高领导干部网络舆情工作科学化水平应做到:建立网络舆情监测与引导机制,有效把握网络舆情;完善网络舆情应对处置机制,保证舆情应对的常态化、规范化;重视网络监督,完善官员问责制。With the rapid development of lnternet, online public opinions have become an important part of public opinions and information work. How to handle the pressure from the Internet in a scientific way is becoming an unavoidable task among the officials at different levels. To improve officials＇ capability to deal with Internet public opinions, we should establish supervision and direction channels for Internet public opinions, set up corresponding mechanisms and pay attention to online opinions and promote administrative accountability system among the government officials as well.
