摘　　要：本文结合漳浦县人口大县和农业大县现状,分析如何创新农村实用技术人才培训模式,并提出了几点思考与建议。Combining with the present situation that large population and high proportion of agricultural productivity in Zhan- gpu county, this paper analyzed the topic how to create the new training mode for rural talents with practical techniques, and put forward some ideas and suggestions.
