摘 要:副载波(ScM)光标记交换被提出以来,高速信号的SCM光标记交换一直是人们研究的热点。通过对载荷进行曼彻斯特编码,提出了一种新的带内SCM标记方案,在载荷和标记之间干扰较小的情况下,实现低频SCM标记的插入,为高速信号的SCM光标记交换提供了一个新的解决途径。使用提出的新方案,对100Gb/s正交相移键控(QPSK)载荷的幅移键控(ASK)SCM标记分组进行了仿真分析,研究了耦合系数、标记速率、SCM频率等参数对系统性能的影响。经过80km标准单模光纤传输,只对其进行色散补偿,相对于级联调制的带内SCM标记,载荷接收机灵敏度有近10dBm的改善,且载荷性能几乎不受标记调制指数的影响。SCM optical label swapping for high-speed payload has been a hot issue, since it was addressed as one of the most proposed technologies for building an optical switching network. In this work, a novel in-band SCM scheme of the optical label swapper with imposing Manchester encoding on the payload is proposed, in which interference between payload and label is small even though the SCM label is inserted at a low frequency. Simulations for packets composed of 100Gb/s QPSK payload and ASK SCM label over 80 km standard single-mode fiber are conducted and how performances of payload and label vary with different couple factor, label speed or SCM frequency are analyzed. Compared to in-band SCM label inserted by cascade modulation, performance of payload in the new architecture is almost independent of modulation index, and the receiver sensitivity of the payload is improved by nearly 10 dBm with only dispersion compensation.
