白细胞VCS参数及多种细胞因子诊断细菌感染性疾病的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞计数、VCS参数、C反应蛋白和白介素6诊断细菌感染的临床价值。方法选取细菌感染患者40例,健康组和自身免疫性疾病组分别42、43例,测定血常规、VCS参数、C反应蛋白和白介素6,分析结果并阐明临床意义。结果白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比例在联合C反应蛋白和白介素6后细菌感染组阳性率可升至77.5%,细菌感染者中白细胞和中性粒细胞比例均正常者与健康组相比,有12项参数差异有统计学意义。结论细菌感染时联合C反应蛋白和白介素6将明显提高阳性率,VCS参数对细菌感染后血常规结果在医学参考范围内的患者具有较大意义,指标联合将降低这部分患者的漏诊率。OBJECTIVE To investigate the value of WBC,VCS parameters,C-reactive protein（CRP） and interleukin-6（IL-6）in diagnosis of bacterial infections.METHODS A total of 40 patients with bacterial infections were selected,42 people as the healthy group,and 43 patients as the autoimmune diseases group.The CRP and IL-6 were detected and the blood routine test was conducted to get the WBC counts and the VCS parameters,then the data were analyzed with SPSS17.0,and the clinical significant was defined.RESULTS When the blood routine test was combined with CRP and IL-6,the positive rate of the bacterial infection group could be elevated to 77.5%.As compared with normal proportion of WBC and neutrophils between the bacterial infections group and healthy group,there was statistical difference in 12 parameters.CONCLUSION The positive rate will be significantly improved when the CRP is combined with IL-6 in diagnosis of the bacterial infections.The VCS parameters have great significance for the patients whose routine blood test results range within the medical reference value,and the combination of the indicators can reduce the missed diagnosis rate.
