摘  要:目的通过设定试验中不同pH值、细菌数量、血清蛋白含量等因素,测定战创伤涂膜剂(TMJ)对两株专性厌氧菌标准菌株和两株需氧化脓菌标准菌株最低抑菌浓度(MIC),探讨TMJ受其影响的抗菌活性。方法以培养液稀释TMJ至不同浓度含药量/ml,按所设定不同pH值、细菌数量、血清蛋白含量对试验菌株进行MIC测定,观察TMJ对其抗菌活性的变化。结果 TMJ在不同pH条件下对试验菌株杀伤活性有一定差异,比较高的pH值对结果影响较大,细菌数量的影响主要表现在细菌数量较小时(103 CFU/ml),TMJ对试验菌株MIC有提高。结论血清蛋白的存在对TMJ的杀菌活性有显著影响,而且血清蛋白的含量越高对TMJ的影响越大。OBJECTIVE To determine the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of war trauma balm(TMJ) on standard strains of two obligate anaerobes and two aerobic pyogenic bacteria by setting different pH values,the number of bacteria,serum protein content and other factors in the experiment and to discuss the antimicrobial activity of the TMJ affected.METHODS TMJ was diluted in culture medium to different concentrations of drug content/ml.By setting different pH values,the number of bacteria,serum protein,the experimental strains for MIC were determined,and the changes of the TMJ of its antibacterial activity were observed.RESULTS There were some differences in the killing activity of the experimental strains under different pH conditions,and the higher the pH value,the more significant impact it has on the results.The impact of the number of bacteria was mainly in the small number of bacteria(103cfu/ml),and the MIC of TMJ for the experimental strains was improved.CONCLUSION The presence of serum proteins significantly affect the bactericidal activity of TMJ,the higher the serum protein content,the greater the impact on TMJ.
