集中式清洗消毒采血持针器的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨集中式统一清洗消毒采血持针器的效果,以规范采血持针器清洗消毒的方法,确保患者安全。方法选择使用过的采血持针器1000个,随机分为两组各500个,对照组使用传统式的清洗消毒法,用500mg/L有效氯溶液浸泡30min;试验组采用多酶全自动清洗消毒机清洗消毒,对清洗消毒后的采血持针器进行目测法洁净度和ATP生物荧光法检测细菌残留量的比较。结果对照组清洗消毒后目测洁净度和ATP含量的合格率分别为90.2%和63.2%,试验组清洗消毒后目测洁净度和ATP含量的合格率分别是98.2%和100.0%,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采血持针器采用集中式统一清洗消毒法,不但规范采血持针器的清洗消毒方法和全自动清洗机清洗消毒采血持针器的流程,而且提高了清洗消毒的质量,又节省了人力资源,减少了职业暴露,提高了工作效率,降低医院成本,为控制与预防医院感染起着至关重要的作用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of centralized cleaning and disinfection of blood collection needle holders so as to standardize the cleaning and disinfection of the blood collection needle holders and ensure the safety of patients.METHODS A total of 1000 used blood collection needle holders were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 500 in each,the control group was treated by using conventional cleaning and disinfection method,with the needle holders immersed in 500 mg/L active chlorine solution for 30 minutes;while the study group was treated with multiple-enzyme fully automatic cleaning and disinfection machine.After the cleaning and disinfection,the cleanliness of the needles holders of the two groups was examined by visual observation,and the residual bacteria colony of the two groups was detected by ATP bioluminescence method.RESULTS After the cleaning and disinfection,the qualified rate of the visual examined cleanliness was 90.2% in the control group and 98.2% in the study group,while the qualified rate of the ATP content was 63.2% in the control group and 100.0% in the study group,the difference between the two was statistically significant（P0.05）.CONCLUSION The centralized cleaning and disinfection can not only standardize the cleaning and disinfection of the blood collection needle holders as well as the procedure of cleaning and disinfection by fully automatic cleaning machine,but also improve the quality of the cleaning and disinfection.It plays an important role in the control and prevention of nosocomial infections,with the human resource saved,the incidence of occupational exposure reduced,the work efficiency improved,and the cost cut.
