摘 要:目的:研究栀子Gardenia jasminoides的干燥成熟果实中的黄酮类化学成分。方法:采用各种柱色谱方法分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定黄酮类化合物的结构。结果:从栀子的果实中分离鉴定了12个黄酮类化合物,分别为槲皮素(1)、槲皮素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、芦丁(3)、5-羟基-7,3',4',5'-四甲氧基黄酮(4)、5,3'-二羟基-7,4',5'-三甲氧基黄酮(5)、5,7-二羟基-3',4',5'-三甲氧基黄酮(6)、5,7,3'-三羟基-8,4',5'-三甲氧基黄酮(7)、5,7,4'-三羟基-8-甲氧基黄酮(8)、5,7,4'-三羟基-6-甲氧基黄酮(9)、5-羟基-6,7,3',4',5'-五甲氧基黄酮(10)、5,7,3',5'-四羟基-6,4'-二甲氧基黄酮(11)和5,7,4'-三羟基-3',5'-二甲氧基黄酮(12)。结论:化合物6和8为首次从栀子中分离得到。Objective: To investigate the chemical components of flavonoids of Gardenia jasminoides. Method: Various column chromatography were used in the isolation and purification, and physiochemical constant determination and spectral analysis were adopted to determine the chemical structures of flavonoids. Result: Twelve flavonoids were isolated from G. jasminoides, quercetin (1), quercetin-3-O-/3-D-glucopyranoside (2), rutin (3), 5-hydroxyl-7, 3', 4', 5'-tetramethoxyflavone (4), 5, 3'-dihydroxyl-7, 4', 5'-trimethoxyflavone (5), 5, 7-dihydroxyl-3', 4', 5'-trimethoxyflavone (6), 5, 7, 3'-trihydroxyl-8, 4', 5'-trimethoxyflavone (7), 5, 7, 4'-trihydroxyl-8-methoxyflavone (8), 5, 7, 4'-trihydroxyl-6-methoxyflavone (9), 5-hydroxyl-6, 7, 3', 4', 5'-pentamethoxyflavone (10) , 5, 7, 3', 5'-tetrahydroxyl-6, 4'-dimethoxyflavone (11) , 5, 7, 4'- trihydroxyl-3', 5'-dimethoxyflavone (12). Conclusion: Compounds 6, 8 were first isolated from this plant.
