摘 要:随着鄂尔多斯盆地靖边气田的不断开发,低压弱喷产水气井逐渐增多,部分产水气井需要采取助排措施。针对气田产水现状及其站场多井高压集气、多井集中注醇的工艺特点,借鉴天然气连续循环气举技术成功应用的经验,开展了同站高压井气举排水采气工艺技术试验:从同一集气站高低压气井并存、高低压井井口相距较远的现状出发,对站内流程进行改造,并加设一段高压管线,将高压井的高压气引入低压弱喷产水气井的油套环空,且连续注入,实现连续气举排水采气。多口气井的现场试验表明:工艺流程改造简单、现场实际操作应用方便,相比井口压缩机气举更加经济,当气举气量大于0.5×104 m3/d时,就能够基本满足同站高压井气举排水采气工艺要求,气举气量大于1×104 m3/d时,气举效果良好,有效地提高了低压弱喷气井的利用率和开井时率,维持了弱喷气井的平稳生产。With the sustainable development of the Jingbian Gas Field, Ordos Basin, there are such a growing number of gas-water wells with low pressure and weak bubbling that supporting measures should be taken for water drainage and gas production in some cases. According to the current status of water production and the process features of multi-well high pressure gas gathering and multi-well centralized methanol injection in this field, we learned from the successful practices of the continuous gas-lift technology and then conducted tests of gas-lift drainage process in some high pressure wells; in view of the coexistence of high and low pressure gas wells at the same gas gathering station and the far distance of wellheads between them, the process flow is modified and a section of high pressure pipeline is added to introduce gas produced from high pressure wells into the oil casing annulus of low pressure, weak bubbling, and water-producing gas wells~ with such continuous injection, continuous gas-lift drainage is finally achieved. The field test results from multiple wells indicate that the process is simple to modify, convenient to apply in on-site operations, and more economical than wellhead compressor gas-lift; when the gas lift capacity is more than 0.5 × 10^4 m3/d, it is capable of basically meet- ing the requirements of gas-lift drainage of high-pressure wells at the same station; and when the gas-lift capacity is more than 1 × 10^4 m^3/d, it is capable of achieving an excellent gas lift effect, thus effectively improving the utilization and production rate of low- pressure gas wells and maintaining their stable production as well.
