摘  要:松毛虫赤眼蜂Trichogramma dendrolimi是目前我国应用范围最为广泛的一种赤眼蜂。本文利用生命表比较了松毛虫赤眼蜂5个地理种群(辽宁朝阳、河北丰宁、安徽休宁、福建泰宁、广东广州)在3个温度条件下(20℃、25℃和30℃)寄生潜能及种群参数的差异。结果表明供试的5个地理种群在3个温度条件下的平均单雌寄生卵量、后代数、后代雌雄比不存在显著差异;但雌蜂寿命、有效产卵量和羽化率存在显著差异,其中以30℃条件下丰宁种群的有效产卵量最高,羽化率最低;净生殖力(R0)及内禀增长率(rm)分别介于129.0~192.1和0.2697~0.4466之间,周限增长率(λ)和平均世代历期分别在1.309~1.545和11.2~18.99 d范围内。本研究结果为室内大量繁殖松毛虫赤眼蜂各地理种群提供了理论依据,对筛选适合不同生态区应用的地理蜂种具有一定参考价值。Trichogramma dendrolimi (Hymenoptera: Trichogrammatidae) is the most widely used egg parasitoid in biological control in China. Reproductive potential and life table parameters of five geographic populations of T. dendrolimi (Chaoyang population, Fengning population, Xiuning population, Taining population, Guangzhou population) at three temperatures (20 ℃, 25 ℃ and 30 ℃) were investigated in the laboratory. Average number of cumulative fertility, progeny and sex ratio did not differ significantly, whereas female longevity, realized fertility and emergence rate significantly differed. Realized fertility was the highest and emergence rate was the lowest in Fengning population at 30 ℃. Net reproduction rate (Ro) ranged between 129.0-192.1, and intrinsic rate of increase ratio (rm) ranged from 0.2697 to 0.4466; finite rates of increase (λ) and mean duration of a generation (7) varied between 1.209-1.545 and 11.2-18.99 days, respectively. These results provided basic information for mass rearing different geographic populations.
