摘  要:传感电缆作为一种新型的分布式传感器在机房、数据中心、无人值守监控站、输油管道及储油罐区等的漏水及漏油检测中具有重要的应用价值。为了突破导电聚合物传感电缆仅能用于液体的泄漏检测、难以实现泄漏点精确定位的问题,从传感电缆的电阻特性出发,分析影响传感电缆回路阻抗的诸多因素,讨论了传感电缆泄漏定位机理及存在的问题,并提出了引入分压电阻补偿传感电缆回路阻抗的波动,从而实现泄漏检测精确定位的方法。在此基础上搭建了实验系统,通过对比实验,证明此方法可以有效消除各种环境影响因素,定位精度达到0.16%,从而证实了其原理的合理性与方法的有效性。Sensing cable is a novel important distribution sensor, which can realize distributed liquid leak detection at any point along its length and has a variety of leak detection applications ranging from water in critical infrastructure to hazardous liquids or fuels, such as computer monitoring rooms, data center, unattended station, oil transport pipeline, oil storage tank farm, and so on. When a leakage occurs, leaking liquid contacts the cable and makes electrical contact with two sensor wires of the sensing cable. It is difficult to accurately pinpoint the leak location resulting from the time-varying readings of electrical contact resistance between two sensor wires which is related with the leak location and the size of the leakage contaminant. The sensing principle of conductive liquids is presented. Based on the analysis of localization mechanism of the leak source, the problems on the accurate location are discussed. According to these problems, a novel accurate leak localization algorithm for sensing cable is proposed, in which the leak location is proportional to the voltage ratio of two resistances in one branch. The relative system errors are compensated by share voltage, and the random errors are minimized with the averaging method. The experimental results show that the leak location with an accuracy of 0.16% is free of power fluctuation and resistance variability. The reasonableness of the principle and validation are theoretically and experimentally demonstrated.
