摘  要:无隔水管钻井液举升钻井是解决深水表层钻井难题的有效方案,钻井液举升管线作为该系统中海底钻井液返回平台的唯一通道,其选型和设计影响到整个系统的正常运行。在对钻井液返回管线(MRL)压耗分析的基础上,通过分析不同MRL规格对钻井液流速、压耗等性能的影响,得出适合于不同水深的MRL内径的解决方案;同时对不同水深作业情况下返回管线的选型进行研究,提出较浅水优先选用柔性管线,深水和超深水情况下选用钢制管线的选型原则。该研究对深水无隔水管钻井液举升钻井系统的研究具有一定的指导意义。The riserless mudlifl drilling system is an effective scheme to deal with the difficulty in deepwater surface drilling. The lectotype and design of the mudlift line, the only channel for seabed mud returning to the platform in the system, affect the normal operation of the whole system. On the basis of analyzing the pressure loss of mud return line (MRL), the solution which is suitable for the inner diameters of MRL of different depths was obtained through analyzing the effects of different MRL specifications on the performance of mud flowrate and pressure loss. Meanwhile, the lectotype of MRL in operations at different depths was studied. The lectotype principle was proposed that flexible line is optimized for shallower water and steel line for deepwater and superdeep water operations. The study serves as a guide to research on the deepwater riserless mudlift drilling system.
