摘  要:分体式带压作业机存在搬家车次较多、作业过程中人员相互配合不便、受井场大小限制以及部分注水井无法进行作业等问题。为此,结合长庆油区特点研究开发了新型一体化水井带压作业机。该带压作业机将行走系统、提升系统与液控系统的动力源合三为一,具有节约能源、搬迁快捷、安装方便、机动灵活等特点;修井车滚筒刹车系统采用液压盘式刹车,使设备的提升、制动系统安全性能大大提高。一体化水井带压装备实现了分散设备系统的整合、集成和一机多能,在21 MPa范围内注水井维护作业不需要放喷泄压,并克服了现有装备的缺点和局限性,提高了施工作业效率,具有较高的推广价值。In the light of the problems with the split-type snubbing unit, a new integrated snubbing unit for water injection well was studied and developed according to the features of Changqing Oilfield. The unit combines the power sources of running system, lifting system and hydraulic control system into one whole. It is characterized by energy saving, fast relocation, convenient installment and flexibility. The drum brake system adopts hydraulic disc brake, thus remarkably improving the safety of the lifting system and braking system. The combination, integration and multi-functionality of the separate equipment have been achieved. There is no need of open flow and pressure relief in water injection well maintenance within the scope of 21 MPa. The defects and limitations of the current equipment have been overcome and the efficiency of operation has been improved. It is of high value to spread.
