摘  要:将彩色颜料和发光材料添加到锦纶纤维基体中,采用熔融纺丝的方法,制成彩色发光纤维。通过光谱测试分析颜料添加对彩色夜光纤维发光性能的影响。结果表明:黄色和绿色颜料对夜光纤维激发光谱有显著影响,使得黄色和绿色夜光纤维激发光谱的激发波长移向可见光波长区域。蓝色颜料使蓝色夜光纤维的发射光谱出现轻微的蓝移现象,而红色夜光纤维的发射光谱出现明显的红移现象。彩色夜光纤维的余辉亮度随时间呈指数函数递减的规律,白色和黄色夜光纤维在达到亮度平稳状态时的平均衰减速率最大,但其亮度值保持最高,而绿色、蓝色和红色颜料的添加大大削弱了夜光纤维的余辉亮度。The colorful pigments and luminous material were added into polyamide matrix and then melt spun into colored luminous fibers. Spectrometric analysis was used to investigate the effects of pigments on spectral properties of the colored luminous fibers. The results revealed that yellow and green pigments had significant effect on the excitation of the spectra of luminous fibers, which resulted in the excited wave length of the spectra of yellow and green luminous fibers shifting to the wave length area of visible light. The blue pigment made the emitted spectra of the blue luminous fiber a little blue shift, while the emitted spectra of the red luminous fiber exhibited obviously red-shifted. Afterglow intensity of colored luminous fibers decreased in exponential function with time. The average deterioration rate of the brightness ( after reaching stable) of white and yellow luminous fibers was larger than that of other colored luminous fibers, but their brightness maintained the highest value. The afterglow intensity of luminous fibers was greatly reduced due to the addition of green, blue and red pigments.
