摘  要:基于羊毛纤维中色氨酸与苯甲醛衍生物的无染料显色机制,利用3,4-二羟基苯甲醛作为反应物,重点讨论了3,4-二羟基苯甲醛质量分数、硝酸质量分数以及温度对显色反应后织物色泽的影响。通过改变反应条件得出织物彩度值,并分析各条件对色泽变化的影响,对显色后织物的色牢度、强力进行了测试。结果表明:改变工艺条件后,可以得到不同黄色系的颜色,织物的手感较好,其水洗牢度、干摩擦色牢度良好,并且织物的强力基本没有损失。Based on the dye-free color development mechanism of wool fibers' tryptophan and benzaldehyde derivatives, this paper used 3,4-dihydroxyl benzaldehyde as the reactant and chiefly discussed the effect of the mass fractions of 3,4-dihydroxyl benzaldehyde and nitric acid, and reaction temperature on the shade of the fabric after development reaction. The chromatic value of the fabric was determined by varying the reaction conditions and their influence on the shape was analyzed. Then the strength and color fastness of the fabric after development were tested. The results showed that by altering the process conditions, a range of yellow colors with different shades can be obtained and the fabric has better hand feeling, good washing fastness and dry rubbing fastness, with little loss of the fabric strength.
