摘　　要：以英国电力市场为例,介绍英国电力市场概况,分析英国电力双边交易主体、交易类型、信息披露、市场机制等,重点研究其在平衡机制及不平衡结算机制两个方面的建设经验。在此基础上,提炼国外电力双边交易市场建设的经验,为我国电力双边市场建设提供实践依据。This paper focuses on British electricity market.It introduces the electricity market profile of Britain,analyzes the transaction subject,transaction type,information disclosure and market mechanism of British bilateral electricity market and emphasizes the construction experience of it′s balance mechanism and imbalance settlement mechanism.On this basis,this paper extracts the bilateral electricity market construction experience of foreign country to provide practical basis for the bilateral electricity market construction of China.
