摘　　要：以美国PJM、德克萨斯州及北欧电力市场为例,从市场主体、交易类型、交易信息披露和市场机制等方面分析美国与北欧电力双边交易市场模式的建设经验,重点分析美国PJM与德克萨斯州电力双边交易的市场机制。由此提炼出国外电力双边交易市场的建设经验,为我国电力双边市场的建设奠定实践基础。This paper focuses on American PJM electricity market,Texas electricity market and Nordic electricity market.It analyzes the transaction subject,transaction type,information disclosure and market mechanism of American bilateral electricity market.This paper emphasizes on the market mechanism in bilateral electricity market of PJM and Texas.On this basis,this paper extracts the bilateral electricity market construction experience of foreign country to provide practical basis for the bilateral electricity market construction of China.
