摘　　要：以澳大利亚及俄罗斯电力市场为例,从市场主体、交易类型、交易信息披露和市场机制等方面分析两国电力双边交易市场模式的建设经验。重点分析澳大利亚电力双边交易市场中的风险防范机制和平衡机制,俄罗斯电力双边交易的价格机制和平衡机制。在此基础上,提炼出国外电力双边交易市场的建设经验,为我国电力双边市场的建设奠定实践基础。This paper focuses on Australian and Russian electricity market.It analyzes the construction experience of two countries′ bilateral electricity market from the aspects of transaction subject,transaction type,information disclosure and market mechanism and emphasizes the risk prevention mechanism and balance mechanism of Australian bilateral electricity market as well as the price mechanism and balance mechanism of Russian electricity market.On this basis,this paper extracts the bilateral electricity market construction experience of foreign countries to provide practical basis for the bilateral electricity market construction of China.
