摘 要:提出了一种适用于我国目前电力体制的CPP决策模型,分析了CPP与可中断负荷的异同。从系统运行角度,通过CPP优化模型确定尖峰费率和尖峰日日期,利用CPP作用机理模型量度用户对尖峰电价的响应,并采用遗传算法进行求解。通过算例表明,CPP可有效削减尖峰负荷,调整月负荷曲线。为判断CPP对不同地区负荷的适用性,分析了单位价格变化量的转移率K对削峰填谷效果的影响。A CPP model which applies to electric power system in China at present was established,and similarities and differences between CPP and interruptible load were analysed.The CPP active mechanism model is used to measure the response of users,and from the aspect of system operation,the CPP optimization model is used to calculate the critical peak price and the date of each peak day.Using genetic algorithm,the paper verifies that CPP could effectively reduce peak load and adjust monthly load curve by an example.At the same time,the influence of different K(transfer rate of unit price variation) on the effect of peak clipping and valley filling is analyzed,which is helpful to determine the applicability of CPP on the load of different regions.
