摘　　要：建立了基于年度安全效能成本指标的配电网规划方案评价模型。以某配电网不同规划方案为例阐述了评价决策过程,结果证明用年度安全效能成本指标进行配电网规划方案评价的必要性和有效性。The new distribution network planning scheme evaluation and decision-making model was established based on the life cycle safety efficiency cost management theory.The LCC and safety efficiency of the planning scheme were considered in the new model.A distribution network planning scheme exemplified the evaluating and decision-making process and verified the necessity and validity of the method.
