摘  要:分别以KH-550、丙烯酸树脂和两者的混合物对铝粉表面进行包覆改性,研究了不同包覆铝粉的耐酸性能,结果发现,以KH-550/丙烯酸树脂共同包覆的铝粉具有更好的耐酸性能。红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析表明,KH-550和丙烯酸树脂通过共聚反应在铝粉表面形成了保护膜。以此改性铝粉制备水性铝颜料,通过扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)对其进行了表征,发现铝粉颜料呈片状,氧含量低(5.17%),具有较好的金属光泽。将此铝颜料用于水性无铬锌基涂料,所制备的涂料具有良好的金属光泽和耐腐蚀性。The surface of aluminum powder was coated and modified by KH-550, acrylic resin and their mixture. The acid resistance of differently coated aluminum powders was studied. It was found that the aluminum powder coated by KH-550 and acrylic resin has better acid resistance. The analysis of Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) indicated that a protective film was formed on the surface of aluminum powders by copolymerization reaction of KH-550 with acrylic resin. A water-based aluminum pigment was prepared with the modified aluminum powder, which was characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy-dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The aluminum powders are flake-shaped, have low oxygen content (5.17%), and exhibit good metallic luster. The water-based chrome- free zinc-based coating prepared with the aluminum pigment has favorable metallic luster and corrosion resistance.
