摘 要:对固定式端面弧齿连轴节的几何参数设计方法和强度校核方法进行了研究。根据固定式端面弧齿连轴节的调整计算卡,给出了端面弧齿连轴节的外径、齿面宽、端面模数、齿数、压力角、全齿高、齿顶间隙等基本几何参数的确定方法;基于弧齿连轴节的基本几何参数及其承载特征,给出了轮齿承载强度的校核方法,并建立了轮齿剪切应力、表面应力以及考虑螺栓固紧力的当量表面应力的计算公式;最后根据某实际产品的设计要求给出了设计实例,并在国产数控螺旋锥齿轮磨齿机上进行了实际的磨齿加工,对几何参数的设计方法进行了验证。A method for determining geometrical parameters and verifying strength capability of fixed curvic cou- pling was investigated. Based on the calculation cards of fixed curvic coupling, the method for determining the geometrical parameters was provided. The parameters include outside diameter, face width, transverse module, tooth numbers, pressure angle, whole tooth depth, clearance at tooth top and so on. According to the geometrical parameters and the transmitted loads, the method and formulae for verifying the strength capability of fixed curvic coupling was given. The strength capability includes shear stress, surface compressing stress and equivalent surface stress. The equivalent stress was calculated by considering the pulling force of bohs which join the concave-tooth part with convex-tooth part. Based on the geometrical parameters and the method for verifying strength capability, an example was given according to the designing requirement of practical product. The design method for geometrical parameters is verified by grinding a fixed curvic coupling on homemade CNC spiral bevel gear grinding machine.
