摘 要:针对生命周期长、复杂的产品设计过程中重复劳动多、信息共享程度低、层次集成度低的问题,提出了一种基于MCSSMW(Multi Client Single Server Multi Workstation)的面向复杂产品的网络化协同设计方法。深入探讨了复杂产品的分解机理及分布式协同设计的通讯机制,提出了基于PDMWorks Workgroup网络化协同设计平台的构建方法。结合铸造起重机的结构特点,将参数化变型设计和网络化协同设计有机地结合起来,开发了面向多用户的铸造起重机集成开发平台,并以主小车架设计为例进行了验证。Aiming at the problem of the repetitive work, low information sharing, and low level integration in the design process of the long life eyele and complex products, a new approach of networked collaborative design for complex product based on MCSSMW ( Multi Client Single Server Multi Workstation) was presented. By depth studying the meehanism of the decomposition for complex product and the communication mechanism of distributed collaborative design, the method of building networked collaborative design platforms based on PDMWorks Workgroup was put forward. According to the structure features of casting crane, and combining pararnetrie variant design with networked eollaborative design, a integrated development platform for multi-user was developed, and it is verified in the design of main trolley frame.
