摘  要:对聚氨酯复合材料横担进行了受力分析,指出需要重点关注的受力关键部位,然后分析了在应力应变条件下光纤光栅的光谱特征变化,指出了利用光纤光栅来监测复合材料横担应力变化的可行性,试验研究了植入复合材料横担前不同中心波长的光纤光栅应变传感特性,最后初步设计了基于光纤光栅复合材料横担应力监测系统。With good ageing resistance and prominent insulation performance, polyurethane type composite material arm has caught more attention. Finite element method is applied to get stress strain analysis of composite material arm, and find the key stress areas. Then, under the strain stress conditions, spectrum change characteristics of FBG is obtained to analyze stress strain monitor on composite material arm using FBG, and experimental methods is applied to obtain the relationships between the tension change and the displacement in the center wavelength of FBG with before FBG implanting composite material arm. Finally, this work has designed the stress strain monitor system of composite material arm with FBG implanted.
