摘  要:主要分析了国际标准IEC62305-2006中未引入的三个相关参数。随着雷电预警技术的日趋成熟,有必要把雷电预警引入到雷电灾害风险评估中,该参数的引入可以大大降低风险。外部环境对风险评估的影响也是显而易见的,雷电灾害风险具有整体性,与周围的环境密不可分,两者相互影响、相互制约,有必要引入外部环境作为评估对象的影响因子。防雷装置的腐蚀对评估的影响也是不可忽略的一个因素。通过分析认为:引入以上三个相关参数,不仅可以有效的降低雷电灾害风险,而且可以更科学的计算评估相关的因子。更重要的是,这为广大评估人员提供了一种思考视角。In order to better evaluate the lightning disaster risk, the three parameters, which not introduced in the international standard IEC 62305-2006, were analyzed. With the lightning warning technology becomes mature, it is necessary to put the lightning warning introduced into the lightning disaster risk assessment. The introduction of this parameter can greatly reduce the risks. The influence of external environment to the risk assessment is obvious Integrity is one of the characteristics of lightning disaster risk, which is inseparable from the surrounding environment. Because the two respects have mutual influence and mutual restriction, external environment factor is indispensable to assessment. The corrosion of lightning protection devices, which impacts on risk assessment, should not be neglected. The analysis shows that: the introduction of the above three parameters, not only can effectively reduce the lightning disaster risk, but also can more scientifically calculate factors associated to assessment. More importantly, it provides a thinking perspective for the majority of estimators.
