摘　　要：目的:观察脉冲射频神经根靶点治疗腰椎间盘源性疼痛(DLBP)的临床效果。方法:L4-5或L5-S1椎间盘源性疼痛患者50例,随机分为两组,每组25例。A组:脉冲射频+选择性神经根阻滞治疗;B组:单纯选择性神经根阻滞治疗。结果:术前两组的VAS评分无显著差异,术后1、3和6个月A组的VAS评分显著低于B组,A组优的病例数和优良率显著高于B组。结论:脉冲射频神经根靶点治疗DLBP疗效显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of targeted neurolyse by pulse radiation in Discogenic low back pain （DLBP）. Methods Fifty patients with DLBP in IA-5 or L5-S1 were enrolled and randomized divided into two groups： group A （25 cases） by pulse radiation frequeng and group B （25 cases）. The patients in group A received pulse radiation frequency on the targeted neurolyse by pulse radition frequeng and selective nerve root block, The patients in group B only received selective nerve root block. Results No significant difference in visual analogue scale （VAS） was shown between these two groups before therapy. However, Significant difference in VAS between two groups at l month, 3 month and 6 month after therapy. VSA in group A was significant lower than that in group B. Consistent result showed that the therapeutic efficacy in group A was significantly higher than that in group B. Conclusion A good therapeutic efficacy of the targeted neurolyse by pulse radiation frequency was achieved in patients with DLBP.
