摘 要:某城市污水处理厂设计进水中工业废水比例高达60%,实际进水中工业废水比例有时高达80%,主要为化工废水,进水可生化性差。该工程设计采用水解酸化/改进型MSBR工艺。针对场地条件和水质特点,水解酸化池采用了一体化环流水解酸化池和斜管沉淀池合建的形式,改进型MSBR工艺对MSBR工艺进行了适当优化,提高了对COD和氮的去除效果,出水水质达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准。The maximum proportion of industrial wastewater in the design influent of a municipal sewage treatment plant was 60%, and the actual proportion of industrial wastewater was up to 80%. The industrial wastewater was mainly composed of chemical wastewater with poor biodegradability. The hydrolysis acidification/modified MSBR process was designed to be used. Due to limited space and wastewater quality characteristics, the integration of circulation and sedimentation was used in the hydrol- ysis acidification process, MSBR process was optimized, and the removal efficiencies of COD and nitro- gen were improved. The effluent quality met the first level B criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002 ).
