摘  要:某石化含盐废水处理系统采用隔油/两级气浮/纯氧曝气/空气曝气/工程菌微生物曝气生物滤池工艺。由于进水水质波动大、油含量经常超标等原因,一级生化装置废水处理效果较差。通过稳定进水水质、提高装置内营养物水平、加强出水指标监测和现场巡检、用兼氧处理代替纯氧处理等措施,含盐废水处理系统一级生化装置处理效果改善,抗冲击性能得到提升。A petrochemical saline wastewater treatment system adopts the combined process of grease trap, two-stage air flotation, pure-oxygen aeration, air aeration and engineered microbes-biological aerated filter. Due to fluctuation in the influent wastewater quality, over-standard oil content and so on, the primary biochemical treatment device had poor treatment effect. Some measures were taken, such as stabilizing the influent quality, improving wastewater nutrition levels, enhancing the water quality indicator monitoring, increasing on-line inspection of frequency and replacing pure oxygen treatment by facultatire treatment. After that, the treatment effect of the primary biochemical treatment device was improved, and the resistance to impact load for saline wastewater treatment system was increased.
