摘  要:目的:为提高药学专业药理学教学水平提供参考。方法:结合笔者教学工作经验,在深入了解学生学习动态的基础上,提出药学专业药理学教学如作用于受体的药物、抗菌药物后效应及抗炎药等几个教学难点,总结学生学习中的认识误区或困惑。结果:笔者对提出的几个教学难点采取了相应的应对策略,如改变比较对象、批判文献和拓展知识结构等,使几个教学难点得到了有效地解决。结论:在药理学教学时,需要对教学中出现的教学难点分门别类,采取相应的措施予以解决。OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for improving the teaching effects of pharmacology in pharmacy major. METH- ODS : Based on teaching practice, by exploring status quo of learning, some difficulties in teaching of pharmacology for pharmacy major were put forward, such as receptor partial agonist, effect of antibiotics, and anti-inflammatory agent; the misunderstandings and confusion of students in the study were also pointed out. RESULTS: The author had taken corresponding strategies of the diffi- culties in teaching, such as changing comparison object, criticizing the literatures and expanding the knowledge structure. The diffi- culties of teaching had been effectively solved. CONCLUSION: We should categorize the difficulties of pharmacology teaching, and take the appropriate measures to resolve them.
