摘 要:研究高温炉渣离心粒化过程。采用离心粒化工艺实现高效环保地回收利用高温炉渣的潜热是冶金行业实现可持续发展的方向,为了将炉渣粒化成所需要的粒度范围,需要对粒化器即转盘的外形参数如直径和深度以及运行参数如熔渣流量和转盘转速进行研究。采用VOF两相流模型对高温炉渣在注入及旋转过程中的流动及粒化过程进行数值仿真,根据仿真结果分析各参数对粒化效果的影响,得到与特定流量匹配最优的转盘控制参数。对比不同模型不同转速下的仿真结果和冷态模拟试验结果,验证了仿真结果的正确性,此研究结果可为下一阶段进行余热回收奠定基础,为工程应用提供参考。Using centrifugal granulation technology to recover energy from blast furnace slag efficiently is the direction of metallurgy industries for realizing sustainable development. Influences of operation parameters such as diameter, depth and speed of rotating disk and mass flow rate of slag on the atomization need to be studied for getting specific slag diameter. A 2 - D fluid flow VOF model was applied to simulate the flow and granulation process of the blast furnace slag in the pouring in and rotating process. Based on the simulation results, the influences of operation parameters were analyzed. Then the optimal control parameters matching with the designated flow rate were received. It was proved that the simulation result is correct, through comparing the simulation results of the different models in the different speeds with cold simulate experiments. In addition to this, the study results can build a foundation for next step and provide some reference for project.
