摘  要:设计了复合材料J型加筋板轴压试验件形式和加载方式,试验研究了其承载能力和破坏形式,讨论了轴压下复合材料加筋板件承载能力预测的有限元建模和分析方法,数值分析了加筋板屈曲和后屈曲模式,结果表明如果不考虑损伤累积对结构承载能力的影响,预测值将明显偏高;而通过引入逐步破坏准则,考虑了基体破坏、纤维基体剪切失效以及纤维断裂等损伤累积对结构承载能力的影响,可以提高数值预测精度。The specimen and corresponding cramping apparatus were designed for J shape composite stiffened plate under compression. The load-carrying capability and failure mode of the specimen were tested. Then the modeling and analysis methods for numerical investigation were discussed, and the buckling and post-buckling behaviors of the composite stiffened plate were studied by using finite element method (FEM). The prediction result of load-carrying capability of a structure, without consideration of the effect of cumulated damage on the capability, will be obviously higher than the experiment result. When considering failure criteria for the damage of matrix, fiber-matrix shear failure and fiber break during the post-buckling analysis, the accuracy of numerical prediction can be improved effectively
