摘　　要：主编伦理是伦理道德体系中作者、编辑、读者在对学术出版环境价值观念认同的基础上提出的维护学术交流道德观念和行为的要求。学报主编的学术声誉、管理艺术和人格魅力,是高校学报建设与发展的基础、动力和关键。高校学报要准确定位,突出特色和优势并保持发展,必须从选聘、培育、制度规范等方面加强学报主编伦理构建。The chief editor＇ s ethics are the requirements put forward by the authors, editors and readers in ethical system based on identifying the scholarly publishing environment values for maintaining the moral attitudes and behavior in academic exchanges. The chief editor＇ s academic reputation, managerial art and personal charisma are the bases of construction and development of University Journal as well as the motivations and the keys. In order to locate the publishing position accurately and specialize the features and benefits in this new situation of reform and development, the construction of the chief editor＇s ethics should be strengthened from the following aspects from hiring and cultivating staff to standardizing the rules.
