摘　　要：目的对A医院2009年购入的一台核磁共振(MR)设备进行综合效益分析,以探索同类设备的成本运行规律,更好地为医疗设备的综合管理和医院今后的购置决策提供参考。方法采用量本利分析法对该设备2010年和2011年的综合效益及目标状况进行分析和探讨。结果该设备投资效益回收较好,2011年的总收益和平均月利润率等均较2010年有所增长,设备运行状态评价良好。结论通过分析评价在用医疗设备的综合效益,可制定出一整套科学、有效、可行性高的管理措施,以提高大型医疗设备的使用率,从而提高其经济效益和社会效益。Objective In order to study the cost operation rule of similar kinds of large medical equipment and preferably provide reference to the future management of medical equipment and acquisition decision of hospital, the comprehensive benefits of a set of MRI of A hospital, which is purchased in 2009, is analyzed. Methods The comprehensive benefits and target status of this MR equipment from 2010 to 2011 is analyzed by the method of volume - cost - profit analysis. Results The benefit of investment recovery of this MR equipment is good, total revenue and monthly profit margins, and so on, are improved in the year of 2011when compared with the year of 2010, its operation status evaluation is fine. Conclusion According to analysis of the comprehensive benefits of using medical equipments, we can develop a set of management measures, which are scientific, effective and highly feasible, to improve the utilization rate of large medical equipment as well as its economic benefits and social benefits.
