摘　　要：目的通过TPS与EXCEL通讯,实现放疗计划单嵌套计费模版。方法首先应用EXCEL软件制作放射治疗计费的模版,然后通过计划系统的简易文档(padword)功能调用EXCEL放疗计费模版,使其嵌套在padword编辑模版中;最后通过直接修改EXCEL放疗计费模版参数,生成独特的包含计费项目的放射治疗计划单。结果应用TPS与EXCEL通讯技术生成的包含治疗费用的计划单,治疗信息全面,治疗费用清楚明了。结论为治疗计费工作简约了部分工作流程,有效避免了医患之间费用计算的误解。Objective Applied the TPS （Treatment Planning System） and EXCEL to realize the communication radiotherapy plan document nested charge module. Methods Firstly, made a radiotherapy charging module with EXCEL, then invoked EXCEL radiotherapy charging module through padword function of charging system, which was nested in padword editing module. Finally, through modifying EXCEL radiation charging module parameters to generate radiation treatment planning documents which uniquely contained charging project. Results The treatment charging planning documents generated by TPS and EXCEL communication technology includes full treatment information and clear treatment costs. Conclusion It not only simplifies the work flow of treatment charging, but also avoids the error of cost calculation between doctors and patients.
