摘　　要：目的探讨如何利用贝朗Diapact持续肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)血液净化装置完成双罐(灌流器)串联及双罐并联血液灌流治疗的新方法。方法在血浆灌流模式下,通过对贝朗Diapact CRRT血浆灌流治疗管路进行改装,增加串联管路一根或者并联管路两根,实现双罐串联及双罐并联血液灌流。结果适当调整血浆灌流过程中的参数,双罐串联及双罐并联血液灌流在血浆灌流模式下运行通畅,机器无故障。结论利用贝朗Diapact CRRT机实现双罐串联及双罐并联血浆灌流简单、方便、可行,可在临床应用。Objective Exploring a new method to complete hemoperfusion using dual-tank （perfusion apparatus） in series and parallel with Braun Diapact continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT） machine. Methods In the model of plasma perfusion, upgraded the pipeline of plasma perfusion for Diapact CRRT machine. Hemoperfusion of dual-tank in series or parallel was completed through adding a series pipeline or two parallel pipelines. Results Through adjusting the parameters during hemoperfusion, hemoperfusion of dual-tank in series and parallel model tanned normally without any failure. Conclusion In clinical practice, it＇s simple, convenient and feasible to complete hemoperfusion using dual-tank in series and parallel with Braun Diapact CRRT machine.
