4BQD-40型气力喷播机喷筒的改进与试验研究

摘　　要：针对4BQD-40型气力喷播机在作业过程中存在着重播、漏播和种子分布不均匀等现象,对其喷筒进行了改进设计,并将设计出的新型喷筒与原机的喷筒进行了均匀性、重播和漏播比较试验。试验结果表明:4BQD-40型气力喷播机采用了新型喷筒后彻底解决了在喷播作业中的重播和漏播问题,使喷播机实现了均匀播种,提高了喷播机的工作性能和播种质量。For the re-sowing, omitting sowing and uneven distribution phenomenon in the working process of the 4BQD -40 pneumatic spraing seeding-machine, we improved the design of the nozzle, and compared the test results of the new type of the nozzle with the original one based on the above phenomenon. The test results showed that the re-sowing and o- mitting sowing problems had been completely solved when the new nozzle of the 4BQD-40 pneumatic spraing seeding- machine was adopted. That realized the sowing uniformity, and improved the working performance and the sowing quality.
