摘　　要：随着语义技术的日益成熟,推送服务正在把信息获取的主动权还给用户,并在网络信息构建中得到越来越广泛的应用,这也标志着个性化信息聚合时代的来临。作为现有Web的扩展,语义提供了一个通用的框架,允许跨越不同应用程序、企业和团体共享和重用数据。文章结合语义这个概念,构建了一个在语义环境下的RSS信息推送系统模型,展示了其体系架构,并深入探讨了系统实现的流程及运行的可能性。With the development of semantic technology, push service is giving back the initiative of information acquisition to the users themselves, and has been more and more widely used in the network information construction, which represents the arriving of personalized information polymerization era. As the expansion of present web, semantic web provides a universal framework, which enables different application programs, enterprise and organizations to share and reuse the data. RSS information push system model under semantic environment is constructed, the system architecture of which is displayed, and the process and operational feasibility of which is discussed in this article.
