摘  要:现代医院的竞争,不只是技术实力的竞争,更是文化实力(即软实力)的竞争。加强医院员工服务培训,其实就是一种文化实力(即软实力)的建设。医疗服务培训的内容应包括医学人文知识、医患沟通、服务礼仪规范、职业道德、医院文化等。医疗服务培训的方式应包括课堂教学、课堂讨论和户外团队活动等。The competition of modern hospitals is not only about their technical strength, but also their cultural strength (i.e., soft power competition). Strengthening the service training of staff in the hospital, in fact, is a kind of cultural strength building (i.e. the construction of soft power). Medical service training should include medical humanities, doctor-patient communication, service etiquette, code of conducts and hospital culture. Medical service training can be conducted through classroom teaching, classroom discussion and outdoor team activities.
