摘　　要：探索食管癌术中标本管理缺陷的原因分析与对策。通过分析食管癌术中标本留置管理缺陷的原因,采取制作使用食管癌根治标本存放盘,根据手术时间合理存放标本,改进标本盛放容器,做好医护三方核对与确认,有效保证了标本存放、运送、交接安全。To explore the causes and countermeasures of management defects of the intraoperative specimen of esophageal cancer patients. After analyzing the causes of management defects of the intraoperative specimen of esophageal cancer patients, radical esophagectomy specimens tray was made and used, specimens reasonably stored according to the operation time, improved sample container, good health three check and confirm, effectively ensuring the sample storage, transport, transfer of security.
