泌尿外科手术患者术前访视管理制度的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨如何提高泌尿外科手术患者术前访视的效果。方法将泌尿外科手术患者400例随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组仅给予常规术前准备,实验组患者在常规术前准备基础之上实施术前访视制度,对两组患者有关指标进行比较。结果对照组患者收缩压、舒张压、心率显著高于实验组(P<0.05);访视后实验组患者焦虑得分、对手术室护士工作不认可人数显著低于对照组(P<0.05);访视后实验组患者、护士、医师对手术室护理工作满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加强术前访视可以显著稳定患者的血流动力学指标,提高患者、护士、医师对手术室护理工作的满意度。Objective To explore the way to improve the effects of preoperative visit by nurses in patients to receive urinary surgery Methods 400 patients to receive urinary surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, which were given routine preoperative preparation and routine preoperative preparation with visit by nurses respectively, and the related data of the two groups were compared. Results There was significant difference in systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and heart rate of patients between experimental group and control group （P 〈 0.05）; anxiety score and number of patient who disapprove operating room nurse in experimental group was significantly lower than those of patients in control group（P 〈 0.05）; the satisfaction of patients, nurses, and doctors to the operating room nursing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening preoperative visit by nurses can significantly reduce patient psychological stress, stabilize their hemodynamic index, and improve the satisfaction of patients, nurses and doctors to the operating room nursing work and thus is worth ~romotion.
