摘　　要：对党参传统贮藏方法和现代贮藏技术的研究进展进行文献综述,同时分析比较了党参现代贮藏技术的优缺点,为党参产业化中的党参仓储养护提供理论参考。In order to provide a theoretical reference for Codonopsis conservation and management in Codonopsis industrialization, this article summarized the research progress of Codonopsis traditional storage methods and modern storage technologies, and ana-lyzed and compared advantages and disadvantages of Codonopsis modern storage technologies.
