摘　　要：为实现城乡发展的海量监测信息的高效存储与调用,以义乌城乡动态监测示范点为研究区域,采用数据库和空间数据库引擎技术,实现了城乡动态变化监测信息全要素、多专题、分层集成存储。在Arcinfo平台和SQL Server2005环境下,利用AO组件系统,采用客户机/服务器(C/S)结构模式,以动态链接库(DLL)的方式开发客户化组件,利用VB语言构建了城乡动态监测集成数据库管理系统。该系统在数据库服务基础上,通过GIS管理信息系统的方法,使得大量混乱的空间数据和非空间数据得到了有效地存储和管理。In order to get efficient storage and call for massive monitoring information of urban and rural development, the full elements, multi- thematic and integrated storage of the urban and rural dynamic monitoring information are gotten in Yiwu which is a demonstration site of ur- ban and rural dynamic monitoring, using the technique of databases and spatial database engine. The custom components is developed as a dy- namic link library. Then the database management system of urban and rural dynamic monitoring is built by the VB language, using the Ar- cObjeets and Client/Server structure model in the platform of AreMap and the environment of SQL Server 2005. The result shows that a lot of confusion spatial data and non-spatial data have been effectively stored and managed with the method of management information system of GIS on the basis of the database services.
