摘　　要：在对国内和国外开展相关调查和分析的基础上,分析世界煤炭工业发展趋势和国际大煤炭公司跨国经营战略,总结中国煤炭企业海外发展的经验和教训,分析研究相关国家煤炭资源开发潜力和投资环境,提出中国煤炭企业走出去发展战略重点和实施建议。Based on the relevant investigation and analysis carried out at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the development trends of world coal industry and the transnational operation strategy of major international coal companies; summarizes the overseas development experience and lessons of Chinese coal enterprises; researches the coal resources development potential and investment environment of the countries concerned puts forward the strategic priorities in ＂going out＂ development of Chinese coal enterprises and implementing suggestions.
